Last updated 12 September 2026. Support links open an external creator page. Inkriel does not process external payments. Native Inkriel tipping is not available yet.
1. Two different things
Creators may add a public Patreon page so readers can leave Inkriel and support them on Patreon. That is live. Native Inkriel tips (card payments on this site) are not in operation. You will not be charged on Inkriel. Demo or planned fee numbers have no cash value.
2. Patreon is third-party
Clicking a Patreon button opens Patreon’s website in a new tab. Memberships, payments, cancellations, refunds, benefits, and creator payouts are handled entirely by Patreon under Patreon’s terms. Inkriel does not process, receive, control, or guarantee those payments. Inkriel does not take a percentage of external Patreon payments.
3. No verification
Adding a Patreon URL does not prove that Inkriel has verified ownership of that page. Creators are responsible for linking a page they own or have permission to promote. Inkriel may remove deceptive, fraudulent, or unsafe external links.
4. Planned Inkriel-native tips (not live)
If Inkriel-native tips launch later, the intended split is 85% writer / 15% platform to cover card processing. That split does not apply to Patreon. We will update these terms before any real Inkriel charges start.
5. Your stories
Publishing a serial on Inkriel does not transfer your copyright. Adding a Patreon link does not give Inkriel ownership of your work.
6. No warranty
Inkriel is not responsible for Patreon billing, cancellations, refunds, benefits, or creator payouts. We are not liable for missed clicks or what happens after you leave this site.
